These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, services, courses, memberships, events, workshops and mentoring offered by The Business Vault (ABN: 27 424 742 681), operated by Paige Freeman, Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia.
The Business Vault is a global online entrepreneurial education business offering courses, memberships, digital products, workshops, events and mentoring services. Our platform is operated through Ivorey (powered by GoHighLevel) and our website is hosted at thebusinessvault.com.au.
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.1 Digital products and courses
We offer a range of digital products including downloadable resources, planners, workbooks, and self-paced online courses. Upon purchase you will receive access to the product as described on the relevant product page.
Digital products are delivered via email or through your portal account at portal.thebusinessvault.com.au
Self-paced courses include lifetime access to course materials unless otherwise specified
Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, resold or distributed without our written permission
2.2 Memberships — The Holistic Entrepreneur Circle
Membership to The Holistic Entrepreneur Circle is available on monthly or annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis
Annual memberships are billed as a single upfront payment
Founding Member pricing is locked in for life — your rate will not increase as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted
Memberships can be cancelled at any time with no lock-in contract. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
Cancelling and rejoining at a later date may result in a different pricing tier
Membership content, recordings and resources are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed
Access to the weekly free trial is manually granted by Paige Freeman and is offered at her discretion, limited to twice per year during open access periods
2.3 Mentoring and coaching services
Our mentoring and coaching services include the 90-Minute CEO Tech Session, the Accelerated CEO Business Roadmap Session, the Undercover CEO 4-Week Program, and other personalised support packages. By booking a mentoring service, you agree to the following:
Sessions are conducted via Zoom and are recorded for your personal reference. Recordings are shared with you following the session
You are responsible for attending your booked session at the agreed time. We request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations
Session fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place
Information shared during mentoring sessions is kept confidential. We do not share your personal business information with third parties
The advice provided during mentoring sessions is based on our professional experience and education and does not constitute legal, financial or accounting advice
2.4 Events and workshops
We offer live online and in-person events, workshops and masterclasses. By registering for an event, you agree to the following:
Event registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment
Events may be recorded. By attending a live event you consent to being recorded
Replays of recorded sessions are made available to registered attendees and, where applicable, to relevant membership tiers
In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a transfer to the rescheduled date or, where applicable, a credit or refund

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via credit and debit card, Afterpay, Zip, AU Direct Debit and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers including Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
For payment plan options, the first instalment is due at the time of purchase and subsequent instalments are charged automatically on the dates specified at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid and up to date.
In the event of a failed payment, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the relevant product or service.
4.1 Digital products
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on downloadable resources, digital planners or workbooks once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it promptly.
4.2 Online courses
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have purchased a self-paced course and are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and prior to accessing more than 20% of the course content, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not available once significant course content has been accessed or downloaded.
4.3 Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
4.4 Mentoring and coaching
Mentoring session fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time may forfeit the session fee.
4.5 Events and workshops
Event and workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another person or, where a replay is available, you will retain access to the recording.
All content created and published by The Business Vault — including but not limited to course materials, videos, workbooks, templates, email content, website content, social media content, resources, digital products and branding — is the intellectual property of Paige Freeman and The Business Vault. All rights reserved.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use purchased content for your own personal business use only.
You may not:
Share, distribute, reproduce or resell any of our content or materials
Share your login credentials or account access with others (excluding where VA access is included in your membership tier)
Use our content to create competing products or services
Remove any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices from our materials
Any breach of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate cancellation of your access without refund and may give rise to legal action.
The information, courses, resources and mentoring provided by The Business Vault are for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate, practical and up-to-date content, we make no guarantees or warranties about the completeness, accuracy or applicability of the information to your specific circumstances.
The Business Vault does not provide legal, financial, accounting or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Business Vault and Paige Freeman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, products or services.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.
Any personal, business or financial information you share with us during mentoring, coaching or consultations will be treated as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.
By participating in group programs, memberships or community spaces, you agree to respect the confidentiality of information shared by other members. What is shared in community spaces stays within the community.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and supportive community for all members and participants. By participating in any of our programs, memberships, events or community spaces, you agree to:
Treat all members, participants and staff with respect and kindness
Refrain from behaviour that is discriminatory, harassing, bullying or offensive
Respect the intellectual property and privacy of other members
Engage constructively and in good faith
We reserve the right to remove any participant or member from our community spaces or programs without refund if their behaviour is deemed harmful, disrespectful or in breach of these standards.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. You must not:
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or user accounts
Use our website to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam
Introduce any viruses, malware or other harmful material to our website
